Dear Local Business Owner,
The Prince Edward-Farmville Youth Association (PEFYA) is grateful to have the support of local businesses in our community. This year we are offering sponsorship packages to support our children that participate in baseball, softball, soccer and basketball. Signs hang year round for all players, families, friends and visitors to our facilities to see. Team sponsors will have the company name displayed on the jersey for the entire season, which each player will continue to wear way after the season is over.
Your sponsorship is tax deductible and you will be mailed a receipt for your tax records. PEFYA is a not-for-profit organization run strictly by volunteers to provide athletic programs for the youth of Prince Edward County and the surrounding community. We are dependent on our sponsorship program to help continue to provide for our ever growing youth community.

PEFYA Sponsorship Packages
Bronze Package: $275
- Includes: Team Sponsor for Baseball, Softball, Soccer or Basketball for one season on jersey,
- Company name on Website
Silver Package: $325
- Includes: Making of one sign, install sign at Field of Dreams Baseball or Softball Field or Ralph Dews
- Soccer Complex and one year’s rental.
Fieldhouse Package: $200
- Includes: Making of one sign, install sign in the Fieldhouse and one year’s rental.
Gold Package: $600
- Includes: Team Sponsor for Baseball or Softball All Star Team. Company name on front of jersey.
All Star Packages: $1,000 for new sponsors and $875 for returning sponsors
- Includes: Regular season sponsorship, one year rental of sign or new sign, all-star team sponsorship,
- Facebook and Website Logo
- Ask for details, limited to and based on fielding 3 baseball and 5 softball all-star teams
Add On’s to Bronze, Fieldhouse and Silver Packages:
- -Your logo added as a sponsor to the PEFYA Facebook $50 per year.
If you wish to have more than one team or sign you can select more than one option. If you do select 2 or more packages then you will receive the Facebook and Website logo placement for free.
